Vendor Information & Sign-Up

Many things remain the same! The Harbison Event Center at the Nut Tree offers a new look and feel, and we’ll have some new twists. We expect approximately 100 wineries, restaurants, breweries and specialty vendors to again participate in the Solano Wine & Food Jubilee, as they share their food and drink with nearly 2,000 Jubilee patrons. It’s a terrific opportunity for vendors to introduce their products and services to the local community, while showing their support for NorthBay Hospice & Bereavement at the same time.

No fee is charged to vendors for their participation, as Jubilee organizers feel vendors’ contribution of food, product and time is a donation to the cause.

Each food vendor is supplied with signage, a 6-foot front table, white linen, and hand wash stations. A back table for preparation is also provided for some, and sometimes shared. Electrical power is provided if requested at the time of sign up. Any food handling preparation must be in an enclosed area. Beverage vendors typically share a 6-foot table unless a full table is requested for larger displays. Dump buckets, ice and water are also provided to beverage vendors. Additional vendor information is provided prior to the event.
